The second level of automated restaurant service within the ARIDA FooD INDUSTRY project involves an international network of premium robotic restaurants with a futuristic interior design. High-resolution color monitors are positioned on the walls, ceiling, and floor, displaying animated landscapes to create a unique atmosphere in the dining area. You can enjoy your favorite dish in the ocean, underwater, on the shore of a sandy island, in the jungle, high above among the clouds, on a spaceship, or in the vastness of space. This design solution will provide an unforgettable experience when visiting a LEVEL2 establishment. A unique feature of this establishment is that it does not employ human staff; customer service is provided by a central software system powered by artificial intelligence and robotic modules, with which customers interact directly through voice commands. Dish orders are placed directly from the table using voice commands with a service drone, which is part of a robotic table and can move around the dining room to serve the dish. Service proceeds as follows: The diner orders a dish from their table using voice commands with a personal service drone attached to the table. After placing the order, the drone departs to pick up the prepared dish and, upon its prompt return, rejoins the table. The robotic table delivers the dish and drink to the diner. Used dishes are cleared by the robotic table. During the meal, diner can read necessary information or view content of interest on the service drone’s screen. The menu features dishes developed by renowned chefs with three Michelin stars, as well as delicacies from all over the world. A humanoid concierge drone will greet you at the entrance and offer you a seat in the dining room. The restaurant has an AI-powered video scanning system to track customer movements and the level of contamination in the dining room, allowing for the dispatch of cleaning drones.
