The first level of customer service in the automated restaurants of the ARIDA FooD INDUSTRY project includes a recognizable modern design, self-service kiosk purchases and self-service delivery, automated clearing, no wait staff, and self-service disposal of used packaging in a recycling module. LEVEL 1 is designed for public catering establishments serving affordable meals and targeting the mass market. This restaurant only offers items from the CLASSIC menu.
