Robotic Restaurant

The goal of the ARIDA FooD INDUSTRY project is to create a network of recognizable, automated and robotic quick-service restaurants serving food products under the ARIDA FooD brand in target countries. Menu selection and dish distribution are developed with customer preferences in mind. A key part of the project is the development of a company department to expand and manage the network of LEVEL1 and LEVEL2 branded quick-service restaurants serving dishes under the ARIDA FooD brand. The establishments feature premises with sanitary standards consistent with international standards. The restaurant’s equipment includes automated vending equipment with a calculated service volume based on the number of seats. The vending equipment features an automatic function for restoring packaged ARIDA FooD dishes. Autonomous drones for cleaning the premises are a mandatory option. Robotic food delivery to the customer’s table is included in the second level of restaurant automation, LEVEL2. The establishments feature packaging recycling modules, a hand hygiene station, and a restroom. Wired and wireless charging stations for gadgets are available at all tables, and the premises boast a futuristic, recognizable signature design. Each restaurant in the ARIDA FooD INDUSTRY project features the following features: automated, rapid customer service; engaging customers with futuristic design; earning customer appreciation for the speed of service; impeccable cleanliness thanks to robotic cleaning; captivating customers with the aesthetics and convenience of robotic service; constantly surprising customers with delicious and safe food, as well as new menu items; and a complete absence of wait staff. The restaurants are divided into two levels and differ in the degree of automation of customer service and menus.
