The innovative food project under the ARIDA FooD trademark was developed to expedite and automate the preparation of canned restaurant-style dishes, simplifying meals at home, at work, in fast food restaurants, and in public and personal transportation. The project aims to establish a network of production enterprises in various countries worldwide to produce innovative canned dishes with a restaurant format and a long shelf life of up to 30 years, without the use of refrigerators or chemical preservatives. The food preservation technology is based on sublimation, environmentally friendly sterilization, preserving dishes in a mixture of inert gasses, and restoring the dish to a ready-to-eat state using proprietary equipment—a patented vacuum steam hydrogenation method known as the Hydrator.
The project includes developing a trading infrastructure for a stable market for ARIDA FooD packaged foods. This involves producing innovative Hydrator equipment for the automated restoration of canned foods and distributing this equipment to private consumers, creating a network for stable product sales. Additionally, the project encompasses manufacturing equipment for automated trading and developing a network of branded robotic fast food restaurants to sell reconstituted canned portions, as well as offering franchise opportunities for a network of robotic service restaurants.

Advantages of technology ARIDA Food
STORAGE:The ARIDA FooD technology ensures a shelf life of packaged dishes up to 30 years without using refrigerators or chemical preservatives. This allows for significant savings on storage costs over extended periods. This technology is made possible by the unique developments of the ARIDA FooD team in food preservation using the sublimation method, eco-friendly and health-safe sterilization with carbon dioxide under high pressure, and ultraviolet irradiation of the contents and packaging. The dish is packed in an environment of inert gasses, without access to oxygen and moisture, resulting in a sterile dish with a long shelf life without the need for refrigeration, significantly saving resources on storage.
LOGISTICS:The weight of ARIDA FooD packaged dishes is ten times lighter than regular food due to the complete dehydration by the sublimation method. This provides substantial savings on logistics and handling costs, and since no refrigerators are needed for transportation, it significantly reduces energy costs for shipping.
CONSUMPTION: Thanks to the patented vacuum steam hydrogenation technology and equipment called the Hydrator from ARIDA FooD, a dish can be hydrated to a ready-to-eat state in just 5 minutes. Each dish, once hydrated, has a restaurant-quality appearance and taste indistinguishable from freshly prepared food. With a Hydrator and a supply of ARIDA FooD dishes at home, in the office, in the car, or on public transport, there is no need for a refrigerator or cooking appliances. This saves time on meal preparation and eliminates concerns about spoiled food. With a mobile Hydrator and a set of ARIDA FooD dishes, you can enjoy wholesome meals on the go without the risk of food poisoning.
TRADE: Automated vending equipment with hydration functions allows selling ARIDA FooD dishes to end consumers in a ready-to-eat state within 5 minutes of payment. This enables the establishment of automated fast-food restaurants in workplaces, public places, educational institutions, and public transport. The technology fully unlocks the potential of sublimated dishes and allows for the creation of an automated trading infrastructure. By integrating artificial intelligence systems in restaurant service, it enables the use of service and cleaning drones, as well as mapping the preferences of regular customers’ favorite dishes and appropriately offering new menu items.
CONVENIENCE: ARIDA FooD dishes are packed in containers with separate compartments for different components. A separate compartment contains sterile disposable cutlery, and there is a tear-off flexible valve on top of the container, making the product very convenient to use. The process of reconstituting an ARIDA FooD packaged dish is automated in the Hydrator. Simply place the package in the Hydrator, close the door, press start, and in five minutes, the dish will be ready to eat.
STERILITY: Thanks to the company’s technology, all ARIDA FooD dishes and packaging undergo sterilization with carbon dioxide under pressure and ultraviolet light. They are then packed in an inert gas mixture environment and do not come into contact with atmospheric air between production cycles, making ARIDA FooD products sterile, safe, and allowing them to retain their nutritional properties and taste as if freshly prepared.
ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES: ARIDA FooD’s technology preserves the taste properties of the dish for up to 30 years. The visual appearance of the dish remains fresh after rehydration in the Hydrator, with its structure, shape, and color unchanged. This is due to the dehydration technology by sublimation in a deep vacuum environment at negative temperatures. After hydration, all parts of the dish are fully rehydrated, appearing fresh and free from excess water.
NUTRITIONAL VALUE: ARIDA FooD dishes go through several production stages of sublimation preservation, which are environmentally friendly and do not affect the chemical and nutritional composition of the dish. Thanks to the special sterilization technology, the dish retains its nutritional, vitamin, and mineral properties for a long time until the package is unsealed.
ASSORTMENT: Considering that almost any dish can undergo the sublimation and hydration process, this allows for a wide range of menu items catering to various nationalities and taste preferences, creating different dishes for any budget and taste. ARIDA FooD has also considered different taste preferences and budget possibilities, developing two types of menus:
– “Classic” Menu: Classic dishes with an affordable budget, designed for a wide audience, with a large assortment for every taste.
– “Gourmet” Menu: Exotic and exquisite dishes from renowned Michelin-starred chefs, perfect for any festive table or gourmet connoisseurs.
TECHNOLOGY: Thanks to the patented vacuum hydrogenation technology and the automated equipment called the Hydrator, the process of restoring a dish to an edible state is automated and quick. This allows its use at home, in the office, at manufacturing sites, in automated fast food restaurants, in any public and personal transport, without requiring special skills. The process is intuitive and user-friendly, aided by software.
The project provides for the implementation of the gradual development of production STAGES and sales markets in the following order:
DEMONSTRATION STAGE:This stage involves launching the production of sublimated portions with a capacity of 200 portions per day, manufacturing three models of Hydrators, producing automated vending equipment, and opening one automated fast-food restaurant.
LOW-VOLUME PRODUCTION: This stage plans for the production of sublimated portions with a capacity of 1,000 portions per day, manufacturing Hydrators and vending equipment, and opening two robotic fast-food restaurants.
INDUSTRIAL STAGE: This stage involves launching the production of sublimated portions with a capacity of 10,000 portions per day, manufacturing Hydrators and vending equipment, opening ten robotic fast-food restaurants, and beginning franchise sales for robotic service restaurants.
SCALING UP: This stage plans for the development of a network of similar production facilities on different continents and in various countries worldwide, with each facility having a production capacity of 100,000 portions per day. It also includes the production of Hydrators and automated vending equipment. The project involves the sale of franchises for a network of fast-food restaurants equipped with branded equipment and interiors.
